These terms and conditions may be amended from time to time.
Payment Terms
Payment to be made by Bank Transfer, details upon booking. 20% Deposit required at time of booking. Remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday start date.
Security Deposit
A fully refundable £750 security deposit is required together with the booking balance 8 weeks prior to holiday start date. Refunded within 2 weeks of departure following full inspection.

Heating Costs Included?
Central heating is charged at £200 per week from November to March, payable on arrival. An initial supply of logs is also provided in the winter for the TV room fireplace and outdoor kitchen.

End of Stay Cleaning Included
Yes and mid-stay cleaning for stays of more than 14 nights also included. However, guests are required to leave the accommodation clean, tidy and in the same condition as on their arrival. Any extra cleaning, laundry, maintenance and/or rubbish disposal required will be charged against the security deposit
Tax
French Visitors Tax payable on arrival in cash (typically costs €1.56 per adult per night. Does not apply to children under the age of 17.
Pool Opening Dates
The pool is open all year round but only heated between March to October (via air source heat pump). Please note that pool opening dates are subject to pool maintenance requirements.
Pool Heating Charge?
Included. The pool is only heated between March to October. Heating is via an air source heat pump. Please note that like all heated pools, pool heating and water temperature are reliant on weather and outside temperatures.
Pool Safety & Conditions
The swimming pool represents a high danger of drowning. Children must be supervised by their parents at all times. We cannot be held responsible in the event of an accident. Please do not use glass or crockery ware within the pool building. Alternatives can be found in the outside summer kitchen area.
Change Over Day
Thursday. All other changeover days on request.
Minimum Stay
7 nights. All other durations on request.

Smoking Allowed?
Not within the buildings.
Other T&Cs
A travel cot, highchair and baby bath can be requested.

Stag/hen parties, weddings and any special events are on request only and subject to prior arrangement with the owner and additional charges.
Insurance
Guests are required to be in possession of a valid insurance policy, which covers them for cancellations, loss of personal belongings, personal liability and any accidental damage caused during their stay.
